The New York Child Support Program is committed to delivering services to the greatest extent possible through this public health crisis. Many local offices have limited staff or staggered schedules. We strongly encourage you to limit person-to-person contact by using the options listed below:

Call the New York State Child Support Helpline at 1-888-208-4485. (Please note you may experience longer than normal wait times to speak with a representative and may be asked to call back.)
