Start JavaScript
To access your account or payment information, JavaScript is required. Please follow the instructions below to start (enable) JavaScript in your browser. After you start JavaScript, reload or refresh the page, or close your browser and restart it.
- Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher
- Internet Explorer 3, 4, or 5
- Netscape 6 or higher
- Netscape Communicator (Navigator) 4
- Netscape Navigator 3
- Macintosh
Internet Explorer Version 6 and higher
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools and select Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click the Custom Level button.
The Security Settings dialog will open. - Scroll down to Scripting.
- Under Active Scripting, click Enable to select it. Be sure Enable is checked.
- Click OK to close the Security Settings dialog.
- A warning dialog will open. Click Yes to close the dialog.
- In the Internet Options dialog, on the Security tab, click OK.
- In the menu bar, click the Refresh button
or close Internet Explorer and restart it.
Internet Explorer 3, 4, or 5
- Open Internet Explorer.
- In the menu bar, click on View.
- Under View, select Internet Options.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to Scripting.
- Under Active Scripting, click Enable to select it. Be sure Enable is checked.
- Click OK.
- A warning dialog will open. ClickYes to close the dialog.
- Click OK.
- Close all Internet Explorer windows.
- Restart the browser.
Netscape Version 6 or higher
- Open Netscape.
- In the menu bar, click on Edit.
- Under Edit, select Preferences.
- Select the Advanced category.
- Check Enable JavaScript for Navigator.
- Click OK.
- In the menu bar, click the Refresh button or close Netscape and restart it.
Netscape Communicator (Navigator) 4
- Open Netscape.
- In the menu bar, click on Edit.
- Under Edit, select Preferences.
- Select the Advanced category.
- Check Enable JavaScript for Navigator.
- Click OK.
- In the menu bar, click the Refresh button or close Netscape and restart it.
Netscape Navigator 3
- Open Netscape.
- In the menu bar, click on Options.
- Under Edit, select Network Preferences.
- Select the Language tab.
- Check Enable JavaScript.
- Click OK.
- In the menu bar, click the Refresh button or close Netscape and restart it.
Macintosh Users
Internet Explorer 5.x for MACOSX
- Open Internet Explorer.
- In the menu bar, click on Preferences.
- Click the arrow next to Web Browser.
- Click Web Content tab.
- Under Active Content, check Enable Scripting.
- Click OK.
- Click the Refresh button or restart the browser.
Internet Explorer 5 for MACOS9
- Open Internet Explorer.
- In the menu bar, click on Edit.
- Under Edit, click Preferences.
- Click the arrow next to Web Browser.
- Click Web Content tab.
- Under Active Content, check Enable Scripting.
- Click OK.
- Click the Refresh button or restart the browser.
Netscape 6.x for MACOSX
- Open Netscape.
- In the menu bar, click on Edit.
- Under Edit, click Preferences.
- Click Advanced.
- Check both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript for Navigator.
- Click OK.
- Click the Refresh button or restart the browser.
Netscape 4.x for MACOS9
- Open Netscape.
- In the menu bar, click on Edit.
- Under Edit, click Preferences.
- Click Advanced.
- Check both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript.
- Click OK.
- Click the Refresh button or restart the browser.
How to determine your browser's version
You can find the version number of most popular browsers by choosing Help, About from the menu. For example, in Internet Explorer, choose Help, About Internet Explorer.
The version number is underneath the Internet Explorer logo.
