How can I avoid paying fees to use the card?
Look for the MasterCard or Maestro brand marks at the bank or store where you want to use the card.

To get cash with the card, make a purchase first using your PIN. Many retailers that accept MasterCard, particularly grocery stores, will give cash back with no fee when you make a purchase using your PIN.
